What do I need to get started?

How do I track my transfer?
After payment, your transfer shows up in History under your account — open it any time to see the live status. From the tracking page you can also generate a share link and send it to your recipient so they can follow along.

How is your CAD/VES rate calculated?
We use the official Banco Central de Venezuela (BCV) USD/VES rate and divide it by the current USD/CAD market rate to derive a BCV-equivalent CAD/VES reference. Our TuFamilia rate is then based on the real bolivar exchange market in Venezuela, which reflects the actual cost to send and receive bolívares. How do you deliver the money in Venezuela?
We make bank transfers to any bank in Venezuela, and we also support Binance-to-Binance transfers in USDT. Once registered, you choose between Bs (bolívares) or Binance USDT — we always recommend Bs if your recipient doesn't use Binance. We don't offer PagoMóvil for now: it would add cost, and we'd rather keep the service simple, safe, and low-cost so you get more value for your money. We don't deliver cash today either, but we're always open to helping — email us with your need and we'll see how to support you.
